All of our staff have worked within business rates for local authorities for many years. We have extensive knowledge on business rates legislation and administration, which we utilise to help companies reduce their rates.
These reductions can often be backdated to as far back as 2002, resulting in a refund worth many thousands of pounds. We are proud to have a 100% success rate in achieving refunds or savings for all of the clients that we have taken on board so far.

REFUNDS

If eligible, refunds are generally received within 4-6 weeks, in full.

RATEABLE VALUES
The next revaluation of rateable values will take effect in April 2022. This process will involve all properties being given a new rateable value, and the multipliers revised.
When these are released, we can guide you through the process, to ensure that you are given an accurate revaluation.
